Today took place in Marbella the delivery of the 5,000 euros raised in the solidarity dinner intended to pay for the treatment of Ian Fernández, a six-year-old boy with crystal bone disease, which took place on October 2. “It is a great satisfaction that this initiative promoted by businessmen from the city and sponsored by ‘El Langui’ has been a success, because it will contribute to continue improving the quality of life of little Ian”, declared the Councilor for Social Policy of San Pedro, Begoña Rueda, together with the Councilor for Social Rights, Isabel Cintado.
The actor thanked the institutional and business sector support received: “When you see that everyone is rowing in the same direction and commits to a project like this, you realize that it is worth it. I see myself reflected in Ian’s story because they also told my parents that I couldn’t walk and, thanks to my tenacity and perseverance, I managed to do it like him ».
Likewise, at the event he highlighted the personal and professional involvement of the physiotherapist Ana Duarte, who is making great strides to be an increasingly independent child.
