The spokesperson for the ‘Platform of those affected by Nozal and Van Gaalen’ and television collaborator, Aída Nízar, has denounced “be threatened with death for denouncing and exposing the assumptions problems with the management of several communities of owners of Marbella and Mijas by the company of the former mayor of the town of Mijas and candidate for Mayor for the PP, Ángel Nozal, for which the neighborhood representative requests “judicial and police protection”.
The situation occurs after they came to light the alleged irregularities that are being practiced in the urbanization Cabopino, located in Marbella, by the administration, which is exercised by the popular society, for which several owners have requested the judicial accounts of the last five years by ensuring that They are denied the information, according to the lawyer Antonio Jesús Doblas.
The publication of the case in the media has caused other neighboring communities contacted the television collaborator, who indicated this week that neighbors and residents of up to eight developments in Marbella and Mijas, including Cabopino, have told him that they suffer similar situations. For this reason, they have created the platform of those affected by Nozal and Van Gaalen, of which Nizar is the spokesperson.
Specifically, he referred to the Cabopino urbanizations, Las Villas de Cabopino and Las mimosas de Cabopino phase 4 of Marbella, while the residential areas of Riviera del Sol, Butiplaya, Jardinana Azalea, Club la Costa and El Hinojal belong to Mijas, to which Mijas golf has been added. All of them have in common, they denounce, that are managed by Ángel Nozal’s company, in which the popular “is the owner of the administration 100% and his wife is the administrator.”
After publicizing the complaints of other communities of owners, Áída Nizar filed a complaint last Friday in the Investigating Court number 4 of Marbella on duty -to which this newspaper has had access-, after receiving a call while being accompanied by a friend at 11:21, when “he the phone rang with a hidden number and I picked it up hands-free listening to a Spanish male voice”.

The complainant states that “the direct relationship of these threats they are a consequence of the denunciations that together with a huge group of neighbors we are making, denouncing the –alleged- corruption, false documents, unfair administration and fraud that we have found in the management by our administrator, Mr. Nozal, president of the PP of Mijas, in our urbanization “Cabopino de Marbella” and “in collusion with our president”.
“Given the seriousness of what we are discovering, I fear for my lifesince it is not the first time that I am threatened, attacked or insulted by people who want to dissuade me in the noble desire to seek transparency in our community accounts and legality in their management”.
In this way, he points out that “they are already more than five complaints that I have been forced to file”, so he begs”judicial and police protection.
