Escrapalia has taken out public auction of a lot of ten commercial premises located in Marbellaintegrated into the Hotel Guadalpin building, on Avenida Prince Alfonso de Hohenlohe Boulevard. The assets leave with a price of 4.8 million euros, 30% less than the market value, located around seven million euros.
