Unicaja Bank has renewed the collaboration agreement it maintains with the Association of Entrepreneurs and Professionals-Center for Tourism Initiatives (CIT) Marbella (Malaga). In this way, it makes available to the nearly 500 companies that make up the organization a specific comprehensive financial service, with favorable conditions, aimed at promoting and facilitating the development of their management and activity. In addition, the financial institution wants to continue supporting and helping the business sector in the face of the situation generated by COVID-19.

This collaboration aims to favor the business fabric, facilitate the economic boost and support employment in its scope of action, and, specifically, in the municipality of Marbella. Through this agreement, financial products and services are offered under advantageous conditions to meet the needs of SMEs in Marbella. Besides, the Association of Entrepreneurs and Professionals-CIT Marbella has as purpose promote the city of Marbella for tourism. It is one of the most important business groups in the Andalusian Autonomous Community, representing about 500 companies with a great weight in the economy of the municipality and, therefore, of the province of Malaga.

Specifically, this agreement contemplates financing operations for companies already in operation for investments, acquisition of warehouses, premises and offices, coverage of working capital needs; for foreign trade, whether import or export; ICO 2021 financing lines and with the solidarity guarantee of Garántia for companies and entrepreneurs aimed at productive investments or liquidity both in national and international territory; for personal needs; investment in fixed assets via leasing and renting, as well as a wide range of other financial products and services for companies and entrepreneurs.

Also includes a microcredit line designed to promote self-employment through the granting of small loans to businessmen, entrepreneurs or professionals with a viable business project. They will have an amount of up to 25,000 euros, which may finance until 90% of the initiative presented.

Similarly, they offer products and services such as channeling grants and credits officers; management of treasury tips; International business; Unicaja Banco digital banking (app and web), as well as mobile applications to send payments such as Bizum, mobility solutions and management services; payroll service, direct debit and payment of taxes, and a wide range of insurance and pension plans.
