The Marbella-based developer Sierra Blanca Estates has closed a financing agreement with Banco Santander to develop its first residential project in Malaga, ‘Sierra Blanca Tower’ -one of the three buildings that will make up the ‘Málaga Towers’ complex-, and which will have an investment of close to 75 million, as announced on Monday by the company’s founder, Pedro Rodríguez
The businessman has highlighted that the tower, which will be erected in front of the Antonio Banderas promenade, will be developed in a plot of more than 55,000 square meters and will have a height of 71 meters and 21 floors open to the sea.
Thus, ‘Sierra Blanca Tower’ will host a total of 69 apartments and 2 duplex penthouses with between 1 and 4 bedrooms facing the Mediterranean coast, whose interior design has been conceived by the local studio GC Studio and by The One Atelier in the case of the attic homes.
With a total investment close to 75 million eurosthe promoter anticipates that its first residential project in the city of Malaga will see the light of day in the summer of 2023 and acquire a market sale value of 100 million euros.
In the words of Rodríguez, “we are convinced that the quality of our projects helps to consolidate the residential prestige of the city where we carry them out. Having the financing and trust of the first Spanish bank is a recognition of our business culture in search of sales success in each of our promotions”, he stressed.
The promoter’s CEO, Carlos Rodríguez, has stated that this financing “strengthens our alliance with Banco Santander and is a reflection of how the bank has once again placed its trust in our commitment for decades for developing the most extraordinary residential projects on the Costa del Sol”.
