The National Police has three members of Los Angeles del Infierno detained in Marbella. The operation is part of an investigation in which 16 people have been arrested, 13 in Denmark and three in Spain, for the alleged crimes of belonging to a criminal organization and drug trafficking.
The main characteristic of global motorcycle club known as the HAMCs (Hell’s Angels Motor Club) it is its structure based on the so-called “chapters”. It is the most extensive motorcycle band with the most international ramifications and has more than 400 chapters around the world, 16 of them in Spain.
The first investigations began when the agents learned of the presence of three members belonging to the Los Angeles del Infierno gang, allegedly responsible for the shipment of drugs between Spain and Denmark.
After the exchange of information between the National Police and the Danish authorities, the sending of a European Detention and Surrender Order (OEDE) and a European Investigation Order (OEI) were coordinated on these three individuals, as reported by the National Police it’s a statement.
Thus, after several police efforts, at the end of last September the operation of the operation was carried out. As a result, officers detained three individuals of Danish origin, members of the Los Angeles del Infierno chapter of Marbella.
Similarly, as a result of the searches, they seized more than 55,000 euros in cash, ten kilos of hashish, numerous telephone terminals -some of them encrypted-, a motorcycle and various watches and luxury jewelery.
The police operation in Spain was carried out in coordinated with the Danish Police, which has arrested another 13 people in his country and carried out 20 searches.
The arrests are the result of a lengthy investigation in which approximately DKK 20 million, significant quantities of drugs and firearms have been seized. What’s more, six people have already been convicted within the framework of this research.
The biker club Los Angeles del Infierno and its “chapters”
The Police have explained that it is the Largest biker band with more international ramifications. It has more than 400 chapters around the world – in some of which it has been outlawed because it is considered a criminal organization – and 16 of them are in Spain.
On the other hand, it is part of the so-called “outlaw motorcycle gangs”, which operate as real criminal organizations committing serious crimes such as drug trafficking, money laundering, extortion and other crimes against people.
All of them are moved by profit motive and have close ties to radical far-right organizations, operating and hiding under the protection of legally constituted associations as fans of Harley Davison chopper motorcycles.
With this operation they are four the actions that the National Police have carried out this year against members of Los Angeles del Infierno. In a previous operation, the agents arrested another of its members in Marbella as the alleged perpetrator of homicide; in another, held in Malaga, they seized 780 kilos of hashish pollen hidden in tomato cans; and in a third they arrested, for drug trafficking, a member of a German chapter who planned to settle on the Costa del Sol.
