Las Gaviotas beach will host tomorrow, Sunday, September 25, the VIII edition of the Great International Cleanup of Seabeds and Beaches, of which Manilva will be a part.
Organized by Libera, Oceánidas and the Marine Watchers Network, this event, which has the collaboration of the Manilva City Council, through the Environment Delegation, directed by Laura López, will begin at 11:00 a.m.
With the aim of ensuring and raising awareness about the care of the marine environment at international levels, in addition to Civil Protection, Marinas del Mediterráneo, Andalucía Activities and the Paddle Surf and Nautical clubs of Manilva join this initiative.
Since its creation in 2013, this organization has been fighting against the serious environmental problem posed by garbage. Over the years, volunteers have been joining this project, becoming the largest network of divers in solidarity with the marine environment that exists in the world.
