Torremolinos has received in its Municipal Nursery the qualification of Special Employment Center, granted by the Junta de Andalucía. “One of the best news that I can give as mayor, since being of help for integration and the generation of job opportunities for people with functional diversity is a true pride,” said José Ortiz.
“Our goal as a municipal government has always been to fight for those who need us most, and in this case the possibility that opens up to us to be able to offer opportunities to people with functional diversity is one reason why we are more than satisfied. It will be an essential task that will allow us to provide facilities and employment to our neighbors who need it, ”said the mayor.
Likewise, the first mayor recalled that “during all this time we have seen many families whose concern was the future of their children, in which they could not fend for themselves by not having a job opportunity that would allow them to have independence economic and dignity possible to be able to advance in the day to day. Now, we can tell those fathers, mothers and grandparents that they can rest easy because this Special Employment Center comes to help them and favor the integration of these people in the labor market ”.
“It is undoubtedly a transformative project that thanks to the involvement of César Carrasco, councilor for Social Services and Nursery, as well as the manager of the public company, Luciano Alonso, will be a reality in a very short time, in which jobs will be consolidated and opportunities for those who need us most ”, said José Ortiz.
For his part, Carrasco has announced that “after obtaining this qualification, which makes us the first public entity in the province of Malaga to receive it, we will definitively approve in the next plenary session an initiative that is aimed at consolidating the project and starting of a process that will entail the creation of an employment exchange that will conclude with the creation of jobs for the sale of plants, as well as the performance of other tasks of social competence ”.
