The City Council of marbella has started the plays conditioning in the environment of the future Hard Rock hotel in Nueva Andalucia, an establishment that plans to open next July. The mayor has also emphasized the lighting renovation with the installation of low-consumption elements “which continues our commitment to energy efficiency and will lead to savings in electricity supply” and in the revitalization of the area with an enhancement of the trees in poor condition and the planting of palm trees in the roundabouts to beautify the space.

He also recalled that “at the moment, they are undertaking nine simultaneous performances in the district that have as a clear objective to improve the quality of life of the residents and that are being developed in points such as the gardens of El Ángel, La Campana, Príncipe Salman avenue or the Guadalpín-Banús seafront promenade.

Garre, for his part, underlined “the City Council’s commitment to modernizing the district in areas that had deteriorated over time” and stressed that “these are improvements that are going to have repercussions on the day-to-day lives of residents but also in that of tourists, which are going to increase notably with the next opening of the Hard Rock”.
